BEST Professional Development Portfolios
BEST Professional Development Portfolios are an on-line resource for graduates of the BEST Youth Worker Certificate Program (go to BEST Training Institute). Portfolios are a useful and convenient means for youth workers to quantify their skills and document professional growth. Portfolios include work, educational, and other professional experience; participation in trainings and conferences; licensure and recognitions; and more.

By maintaining a professional development portfolio, youth workers can demonstrate their skills, qualifications, and experience to current and potential employers. A portfolio summary can be printed from the web site and can be used to supplement a resume. The summary also serves as an illustration of youth workers' continued professional development.

BEST graduates maintain their own portfolios. Portfolios are password-protected and are not accessible to others. If you have any questions, please contact Mo Barbosa.
