BEST Initiative Director Receives National Award
Apr 12, 2012 --- A vital and long-time leader at Health Resources in Action, Laurie Jo Wallace, has been honored with the National Role Model in the Peer Program Field award from National Association of Peer Program Professionals (NAPPP).

Apr 12, 2012 --- Health Resources in Action was recently invited by a government agency in Singapore to conduct a weeklong training session for youth workers, its second such trip in three years.

About 25 adults were turned toward one another in small groups analyzing case studies that illustrated conflicts they realized they had encountered in their own practice.
